Delivery & Returns

For all items we deliver to UK and postage and packaging is free for orders over £75 and £13.99 under £75. Items are typically delivered within 3-10 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am – 6pm. Note chairs will be longer but we will provide estimated delivery times. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.


You can make a secure payment by card using our secure server with Stripe, or you can checkout with PayPal.  All of the credit card information is delivered through a secure socket layer (SSL) ‘pipeline’ and is the most advanced security measure available.  


It is our goal to offer high-quality at great value prices for all of our customers and because we do not include additional risk cost for returns in our pricing, and we cannot therefore offer a free goods return service. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals intact.  We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue credits for items that we do not receive and we will issue a refund -25%  handling fee for the cost of the item on receipt of item/s if received in the condition as noted above.  This handling fee is charged to us from our supplier.

If faulty:  email with detail of damage and pictures so that we know to expect your return.  Post the item back to us in the original, unused condition of sale to quoting your order ID to John Amabile Design, Unit 2, 5 Douglas St, Milngavie, Glasgow G62 6PA. Please ensure you request a proof of posting receipt.  Once we have reviewed the item, we will issue a refund.  Your statutory rights are unaffected. 


Our customer satisfaction is paramount it is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.
